New to board and live in Spartanburg,SC. Currently own a 1979 Spider or should I say I spend my money on my wifes 1979 Spider? Wheels, tires, new top , paint job new carpet and more to add. She enjoys it when it is running.

It's a little different around my house. My wife will ride with me, but just to please me, she doesn't really enjoy it.
Welcome to the forum. Post pics of your wife's car for us to ogle.
BTW, a 79 was my first Spider, lo, these many years ago. (I had it when we got married in 1980)

slightly different at my house too. I have a 1980 Spider, and the wife has her own, a 1978.
best way to go, then we both get our kicks!!
