Hi George,
It looks like I'm going to miss this one. I could ask the Freak Out to reschedule, but I'm not sure they would do it. I just receicved the plate and took the car out for the first time last night. It runs like a top. but the speedo doesn't work. The cable is out of the back, but I didn't have time to see what the end looked like---if it had just fallen off--if there is even a cable inside the sheath. I just saw a white plastic connector.

How are your cars progressing? Do you have pictures posted anywhere? I'd like to see them. I hope we can meet you and some of the other NJ owners prior to October, which is when I go south. If any of you are around Monmouth County over the weekends, I am there Fri-Sat-Sun.

Regards,
Paul

Hi Paul,
Sorry you couldn't make it to the Freak Out. It was the first car show that I ever attended. Had a really good time. Brady, his wife, and Tony went. Ralph was unable to attend. We met a few people from this site. Everyone we met was very nice and had some great stories to tell.
I had to stop for directions at a gas station. A local resident directed me to the park. When I told him about the show he decided to attend as he always wanted a Spider. Ran into him a few hours later. Nice man
Met Craig and Peter from this site. Funny guys with lots of knowledge about Fiats.
We might put together a small run in Sept on the 13th or 20th. Care to join us? Maybe another run to the light house. If intrested let me know. Thanks, George
