Hello From Cape Cod

Post by cruiser »

Hello all you Fiat enthusiasts. I've been ridin in my 78 spider for nine years and was really excited when I came upon this board.Lots of good info... As for me nothing like a cruise down to the lower Cape on a beautiful summer day.

I can paint a mental picture of your summer cruise down the Cap -- sounds fantastic. But a real picture would be pretty cool too. Why not post some? Welcome to the forum!

Welcome to the forum Cruiser. I remember vacationing on the Cape in the sixties - a cottage at Brester, a camp site near P'town, a diving store called Goose Hummock, artists on the sidewalk - went back there about 10-15 years ago and couldn't believe how built-up it had become. When it was wide open and wild back in the day, it was a really unique place. I'll bet you still have some great drives though. Enjoy :D

You should join in on the ground floor of the "Cape Cod Crusty Car Club"
You'd like our Motto- "Too Poor to Restore"
I'm the treasurer-it's the easiest job in the club!
We have an Alpha Milano, two Fiat Spiders (77 and 81), an Alpha Graduate (or bits of one) and a VW Cabriolet (don't ask).
