76 Spider in The Dalles, OR

I picked up my third FIAT a couple weeks ago. I regretted selling the 78 I used to own and had to have another. I'm currently taking care of some rust and will dismantle the engine for an overhaul soon. I hope to have her on the road by late summer if not earlier.

Hello scarlson, welcome to the forum. Can't blame you for regretting selling the past Spider, I did the same and it took me 26 years to get my replacement. Life is just better in a Fiat Spider.
Good job posting the pics with your intro, have fun getting her spiffed up.

Thanks for the kind words.

My plan is to go over some of the mechanicals to make sure the car will start and stop safely, do some rust control, get new tires, and redo the seats before I get the car licensed. It is going to be a couple weeks until I get to drive her http://fiatspider.com:16080/f08/posting ... =13&t=6133#
