Ok so i do not have a spider but my friend does. ill be working on it and just wanted to say nice forum.I have been lurking here for bout 2 months and really look forward to getting some work done on this project.
the care is a 74 that we have swaped a 78 1.8l in to and have removed all smog. we are using the 4-1 header from the 1.6 and have just gotten it running, but still needs more work. we replaced the timing belt and the cluch. once we get the interior cleaned up ill try and post some pix but she is a little rough.
thanks,
Bone

Hi at ya, from someone else in the Mojave desert. I just don't live as far into it as you do, I'm in Lancaster. I have a feeling that now that you're involved with a Spider, you've been bitten by the bug and it won't be long before you'll be looking for one for yourself.

Craig, you are right. My friend has a Miata that he autocrosses and the suspension has been dropped about an inch and a half. My Fiat looks like an SUV parked next to his Miata! Bone, welcome to the site!
