From 1947 thru 2005 there were twice as many UFO sightings in Los Angeles then anywhere else in the USA. I'm assuming that is Unidentified Fiat Observations

What is an unidentified Fiat observation? Is it where someone asks "What year is that?" or when they ask "Is that a MG?"
