Re: blinker housing's
Can you drill through the back plate where the stud was and insert a small bolt and washer?

Re: blinker housing's
i never thought of that, that is possible
i did think MAYBE, i could get a nut half ways and screw another stud on that sorta lock it in the middle
what u think

Re: blinker housing's
For that to work, the nut would have to be extra thick. I've used the approach I suggested to fix other things around the house and it works. Just cut the stud off cleanly, then drill. Use a small round headed cap screw and a nut to secure it to the car. Don't overtighten.

Re: blinker housing's
In some situations, I have used some clear silicone caulking to "glue" things in place, and It can be removed if needed.

Re: blinker housing's
I would concentrate on the studs. Tape it in place, and give it 24 hours to set. Exess is better removed after setting up. I know it sounds "funky" but if its your last resort, it can't hurt to try... I have done it before.

if that is a yes? how much for all 3. or what ever u have , as long as it is the 69 round ones.
and if u have that, would u happen to have the lenses for the blinkers, i do have mine , one is cracked
as u see i do want to keep it the old look still even if i am getting a new paint and some new chrome,

Re: blinker housing's
I have purchased new round side markers from Bruce and Bayless in the past. See "Sources for Parts" in Web sites page for addresses.
