On Blocks for 4 years 69 Spider

I am about to try to resurrect a 69 Spider (CA car no rust). Any thoughts would be helpful. Also any Connecticut contacts and Spider enthusiasts.

change all of the fluids, add ATF to the cylinders, then turn the engine by hand. Replace the timing belt, hoses and belts after the engine is turned over.
