I got my formal acceptance letter to Cal Poly's Mechanical Engineering program yesterday. Happy St. Patty's day to me!

I had already been told I was in, but it certainly was a relief when I got the official notification.

So, come this summer, I am officially a university student again after more than a decade...

Eeeek! This is really happening!

This was honestly just theoretical until that moment.. now I'm a little scared!

Cal Poly Pomona is ranked 5th among all public engineering programs in the nation.

I wish the program was at SLO.. that is such a pretty part of the world!
