Hello everyone,
I used to post now and then when the old site was up and was thrilled to find that fiatspider.com exists once again! Glad to see so many familiar names as well. Don't have as much time for computers now as I'm the proud father of a 1 year old girl, Alma, but I still have my Spider.
It's a '74 Spider originally sold in Van Nuys, CA, exported to Germany, and I imported to Sweden. I have painted it white and dull black (like the Abarths), rebuilt the engine (2L) with 304 degree Pittatore cams, duals IDF 40s, 11:1 compr., lightened etc. and fitted some nice sport seats. Since i got it in '01 (I think!) pretty much everything has been restored or rebuilt. It runs well and sounds terrific if I may say so myself.
I'd be glad to post some pictures if I could find a convenient way.

Thank you for the kind words. She is truly a wonderful addition (and she loves riding in a child seat in the Spider, with her Kid's Peltor hearing protection and wind in her hair)..
