No Fiat cars, I am afraid, only lots of data gathered from thousands of Fiats over the years.

Welcome, Yohay! If you haven't already, you should get in touch with Ralf who maintains the worldwide Fiat spider registery. He is known as "rdv" on this forum. He's in Hamburg Germany. He would no doubt be interested in your interpretation of the codice statistico.

Are you collecting data from all kinds of FIAT cars or just the classic Fiat 124 Spider? That's my weakness.

I'm collecting car data since 1996 and the Register actually counts more than 21,300 cars from 102 nations. Israel counts 19 cars.

But of course - due to my global www hunting - I collected various other FIATs (pics and PDFs with car description etc.).
