I have bought 13” Bosch refills for 1972 wiper frames before from rock auto but can’t find them. It’s just the wiper rubber and steel insert.

Good question BammBamm. I couldn't find anything in 13" by Bosch, so my guess is that they don't make them anymore. Other manufacturers do make 13" refills, such as Anco.
