I don't have a good explanation for you, but I'll do some research since I'm curious too. I do know that not all 32ADFA carbs are equal (same as with all Weber carbs), and the numbers after the main identification mean slightly different versions, often for emission control reasons. So, one version of a 32ADFA might have different float bowl vent fittings, vacuum ports, or slightly different calibrations for jetting and such.CharlieB wrote:Not to get too far off topic but, the carb on my car is stamped 32ADFA2 100. So, if you get another 32ADFA and it's not exactly the same version as your current one, there may be some minor things you'll to do to get it all set up correctly. Nothing major.
