I sold my 82 Turbo, it was a sad day. My wife was happy because 1. fewer cars 2. I bought central air for the house.
I still have an old 77 Spider. Just got it back from the shop. It had a bad oil leak. I thought it was from the cam towers. Turns out that the previous owner had over torqued one of the bolts on the cam tower by the distributor, the oil was just pouring out. Will at Import Auto repair had to heli coil it. Runs pretty good . I drove it on the freeway for the first time.
the rear end seems to shimmy quite a bit. Wondering if it is the shocks? It is ok under 45 mph but the faster it goes the more noticeable the shimmying is.

Having the wife happy is all well and good, but how does Shasta feel about riding in a 77 after being in an 82?

Ron, you made me laugh pretty good. From what I can tell, Shasta dosent really care which car as long as she can go for a ride! I will have to get a pic of her in the 77.
