Speedo cable stuck in speedo drive
Removed the knurled ferrel on the speedo drive to release the speedo cable. No luck. Applied much force to try and coax the cable out. Still no luck. Doing an R&R on my 1984 Spider. Is this common? Should I just cut it and move on? Previously posted in Technical Area under engine but this seems like it should be here instead, Oops. All comments appreciated. Thanks!

Re: Speedo cable stuck in speedo drive
Today I went out to figure how the cable was stuck and it pulled right out on the first try. Can't explain it. Case closed!
