removal of Pollution control stuff

Post by BlackSpidy »

Help. Took off lots 0' hoses etc when a Great Pal came a long way to Mentor me putting in one of those NEW RUSSIAN transmission. Now anxious to get My '77 off the blocks.
Some (Most?) of the pollution control stuff is off or hanging hoses. My problem is I am not experience enough (understatement) :?: to know which things on the carb. side to plug/remove and which to leave alone[/color]. Bunch of hoses. My pal said 1 hose (2 connections) I wanted to remove would have left me without brakes....So I stopped.
Can anyone facetime or call with advice?
Thank you A. aka BlackSpidy :?:

Head over to Mirafiori.com and get the parts diagrams and microfilms for your year out of the library. Study them and work with one system at a time, fuel, vacuum, emission, coolant. until there are no more unattached hoses and wires.
