I think some of the vendors might sell conversion kits for this, or perhaps some of the pieces. I did this for my '71 spider, although the throttle pivot linkage (the one mounted to the intake cam cover) came from a junk yard. My '69 has a brake cable from a bicycle, a gas pedal from a 131 sedan, some appropriately sized washers on the firewall, a couple of home-brew brackets, and other various hacks. Works just fine: carb throttle plates closed when gas pedal is all the way up, and throttle plates fully open when gas pedal hits the hard stop on the floorboard.
