Hello,
Bought 1979 Spider 2000 about two weeks ago. Luckily have been still nice weather and change to drive roof open (not that common in our country this time of year).
Got it from the person who is more Triumph enthusiast. Almost everything redone between 2003-2006. After that just used (not much). Still in nice condition. Would post some pics if someone have good hints how to do it easily (as an IOS users).
Greetings from Finland

Welcome, Glacier. Is your '79 carburetted or fuel injected?
As to how to post pictures on this forum, I think you have to put them on a third party website (like Imgur, Google photos, Smugmug, etc.) and then link to that.

Welcome Glacier
Best wishes for you and your new Spider.
Old cars need to be driven more than dogs need to be walked. Enjoy your rides.

I returned almost immediately
Better late than never. My Spider is one of the last carburetted models, so the ”big block” but low power version.
