Hello there, and welcome to the forum.
Some of the members here, me included, are very regular on the forum and read everything that is posted. The problem though, is when someone posts something that goes on, and on, and on... ad infinitum. I don't want to appear rude, but I would ask that you keep your long winded nattering to a minimum.

Hey DBS328. Don't let these guys fool you. They do bite, but it doesn't hurt. Welcome to one of the best Fiat forums active today. We are all Fiat freaks and would love to know more about you and your car. I'm in Walkertown and we have a very active club that meets once a month in Winston-Salem. We have many events planned for the upcoming months. If you're interested in more info, feel free to email me at spyderlady71@yahoo.com

dbs328; We're hoping you take the ribbing in the spirit it is intended. You kinda have that Gary Cooper thing going on. "Yup".
What we are asking in a humorous way (hopefully) is that you tell us a little about you and your car. How long have you had it? How did you come to be a Spider owner? What kind of shape is your car in?
And pictures would be nice.
Mike; I hope not, I'd have to take out a 2nd mortgage to pay the bill!
