I too love my lockwire pliers, they are such a clever and neat thing to use.

All oil drain plugs are supposed to be lock wired on competition vehicles over here, but I also use lockwire on the wingnuts of Weber DCOE carbs and some brake components just to be on the safe side.

The WORST tool in the workshop would have to be those useless Easyout reverse-threaded broken bolt removers. I've yet to actually have any success with them and in fact they make things doubly difficult when they snap off inside the hole you've just drilled.

To make matters worse I even have 2 sets of the little buggers.
