Wiper cowling blowing out fuse
So, I've installed my new wiper motor, which works great when the cowling has not been put back in the car. However, once I put everything back together and turn everything on, the wiper fuse blows. What craziness is this? Ideas anyone?

I think there are two possibilities that I can think of:
> There is a wire that shorts out against the metal of the car when you install the cowl.
> You've reversed power and ground and when the cowl is not installed it's isolated from the car, so the motor just runs backward. When you install the cowl the ground is established and the power line is shorted to ground.
