AFM cover removal
1981' 2000. What is the best technique to remove the AFM cover without buggering it up? RB

Work carefully around the seal with a razor or similar blade to cut through the silicone (or whatever similar material it is) and then you can carefully and gently pry it straight up, cutting away sealant a little bit at a time. There is a lip on the casting that a ridge on the cover sits down into, so it is quite a chore. It is pita but is pretty easy to do if one is patient!
