Manifolds - Studs, bolts, where?

Now that I am putting the engine back together I realize that I don't know which fastener was a bolt and which was a stud on both the intake and exhaust manifolds.

Hopefully someone can tell me which were which. And if there is a better way (all studs?).

On my 71, the two inner most fasteners on the intake were bolts. Everything else is a stud, at least on my car.
