Adhesive for rear window velcro

Post by brackie1 »

Can anyone recommend an adhesive that works. I have tried many kinds but none seem to hold for any length of time. I have not tried epoxy I have been reluctant.

My upholstery guy (who is a genius), used urethane adhesive to glue a patch into my convertible top to cover a pin hole. It's expensive ($22 for a caulking-style tube), but is also permanent.

I would consider replacing the velco. See my posts on Front Bow Woes . Hope it helps.
