Compressing rear brake piston
I'm rebuilding all four calipers. Struggling with pushing in the pistons for the rear brakes using one of those cheap threaded rod brake piston tools. Being careful that I'm pushing it in straight etc, etc. Tool is about to bend. I have a Harbor Freight hydraulic press. Is it safe to use here as long as I don't push past the point where I reach the threaded emergency brake rod. Any other advice. I got the fronts in.

It screws in. A press won't work. Use the big slot to turn the piston.
