Not starting

I have been working on the electrical under the dash and now the car will not start. Not even with a jump. Any ideas where I should start first?

The car turned over once, but no longer does. Not even with a jump. I have the speedo and tach gauges currently out of the car, so the lights are unknown. I will not be able to spend time on it until Thursday. My first thought was to check power to the starter.

So it turns out the battery was completely dead. So much so that I couldn't even start it with a jump. I've never had that happen before. I have been working on the dash wiring and am wondering if maybe there is a power draw somewhere. I have all the dash back in but the digital clock (which I'm replacing with an analog clock) and the courtesy light. Is it possible one of these being removed causes a constant power draw? Thanks!
