Hi all,
I've just put my '79 spider back on the road after a 10 year rest It has had some company, at least, but how do I get that mouse smell out of the interior?
It's good to have a group like this to discuss problems, etc., with and be able to access parts and info from. I seem to have a lot of reading to catch up on so I'll get back to that!

welcome!
I'd try some of the pet odor eliminator to dull the mouse memory. Post some pix of the car when you have time

rub your entire interior down with a cat. the feline odor will chase away any rodent odor.
my kids hate spring, when i pull my car out of storage for the first time and dump all the moth balls. the car stinks of formaldehyde for weeks. the odor eventually goes away. try some moth balls, and close up the car for a few days. you will certainly quit complaining about mouse turd odor when you got the moth balls to stink things up.

Welcome to the site John. My first Spider was also a '79. How's yours holding up? Did you get it from someone who had it stored or have you had it a while?
Sorry, can't help you on the mouse odor problem. Of the issues I've had with my car, that's not one of them, thank goodness.
Let us see some pictures of the cutie.

Welcome to the site. There are lots of Spiders running around in Southern Ontario. Whereabouts in Ontario are you located (I am making the assumption that you mean Canada and not California)? I spent a lot of time in the Toronto area during my university days as I had friends at U of T and dated someone at McMaster.
