Radiator - flushing
Hello - Here is my question: Can I drain the radiator when my 76 Fiat 124 is jacked up. We have drained all other fluids. And if, how do I do this? Hope this makes sense!

I don't see any reason not to drain it while on stands.
There are two drains, one on the bottom of the radiator (Driver's side) and the other is on the block (exhaust side).

The block drain is hard to reach if you're *not* on jack stands.

I use and old stainless steel shop vac to ensure a complete flush. I usually take out the thermostat when I do so. A mild white vinegar and distilled water flush allowed to soak in followed by flushing with several gallons of distilled waters. You'll sometimes be surprised by the additional amount of sediment the rush of the shop vac pulls out.
