Just found group, been workin on my 79 spider 2000 recently purchaced from friend. have a 61 Fiat cabrio 1500S (osca engine) on the rotissary ,was fathers car. Have been surfin thru tons of Fiat stuff, know of good sites for older Fiats. will have 79 drivable soon, had eng runnin Sat, sounded good! Biggest problem is keepin my 20 year old daughter away from my car! She even had "unauthorized" lessons on a stick shift! I have to admit, she does look good in it. Glad to be here, Dave :)

Welcome, Dave! I love the 1500's. Hope you'll share pics of your restoration.

My '80 has thus far survived all four of my beautiful blonde daughters. A few gear grinds are not too much to pay.

My youngest is 17 today, and she enjoys Fiat outings as much as everyone else in the fam'

And yes, they all look good behind the wheel.

Send us some pics along the way

I wish I were close enough for my grand daughters to try my '78 when it's road worthy. The youngest is 17. I'm in Arizona and they're in Maine! Sure do miss those girls.
