Center Console

I have an 85 spider and had a few questions about the center console. My center console is OK, but has a few minor cracks and it has on crease in the vinyl on the forward section. I was looking online and was wondering how different the 79-82 consoles are from the 83-85 ones. Can I use a console from a 79-82 and still use the 83-85 upper center console? Can I use a cap and still use the 83-85 upper center console?

the earlier console won't fit the 85 middle console without modifying it.

Thanks for the response. Could I use a 79-82 cap on an 83-85 console?

the difference in the lower consoles is the area where the radio console sits, so if the cap has material in that area you'll probably have to remove it. I'm not sure the cap would keep it's shape in that case.

The only console I see on your website says it's for all spiders. Is that the one? If so, do you have any higher resolution pics?
