Is this normal? Does this mean that one should be flipped over and 1 of the e-brake cables goes over the trailing arm and the other one goes below? Otherwise if I don't flip one over then the orientation of the e-brake bracket isn't at the correct angle (towards the caliper).

Re: Cleaning the rear axle and diff
I'm reinstalling the trailing arms and I noticed that both the driver and passenger trailing arms look identical (ie. the e-brake cable bracket has the same orientation).

Re: Cleaning the rear axle and diff
Just checked my pictures and looks like the e-brake cable on the exhaust side goes over the trailing arm and on the other side goes under. So I think I'm good for installation now. ![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)

All done except for the tightening of the suspension when loaded (not me, the car!).

There were 2 places I thought there would be a washer and there wasn't any...
1. The bottom shock mount bolt - the single bolt that holds the shock onto the axle.
2. The driveshaft to differential - just 4 nuts and bolts
Should either of these have regular or lock washers?

Looks very good! Here is a picture of my differential, I had placed the hardware back on as I disassembled the car, I don't have lock washers on my driveshaft bolts either so I am assuming it is correct.......??
