Door window to roof window seal

I finally, after almost two months, had to put the roof up to drive in the rain. No problems, other than my door windows not sealing against the rear quarter windows. So, I guess my question is - is there any way to adjust the rear quarter windows out so that they seal against the door windows? I'm thinking of stuffing a big rope inside the weatherstrip to bulge it out enough to touch the door window, but if there's a proper way to fix it I'd rather do that instead.
