Hey all,
new member to the forums here... Been a long time Fiat fan.. Owned an X1/9 years ago; bought and sold a '78 spider (was too far gone and needed the garage space!), and now a new owner of a '79 Spider 2000, which ran well for about 2 weeks, and now sadly cannot stay idling
I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Looking forward to digging in and checking out the forums!

Welcome to the forum. Congrats on getting the 79. I am sure you can find the answer to your idling issues on the forum. I am in process of self restoring the family Fiat - a 74 Spider that my dad just passed on. This forum has been a great resource for me. You should be able to find the answer to any Fiat question that comes up here. Post some pics of your car when you get a chance.

Hello, and welcome. I'll echo what kmac33 said. Don't hesitate to come to the forum for answers. It is such a popular hang out for Fiat owners that you can usually get the help you need in a very short time. Good luck getting it up and running again.

Welcome
So far, as a recent member of this elite fellowship, I have been met with kindness and great advice. There will be many trials and tribulations on the path to a fully functional fiat. Remember it is the journey that matters, and the destination is pretty good too
