First, these cars never stopped on a dime. That said, I have locked up my brakes to keep from hitting an idiot that pulled out in front of us.
Second, one step at a time. Do you have firm pedal, or is it squishy soft? ( should be a little pedal travel then firm pedal as brakes are applie),; next does the pedal fade, meaning after brakes are applied will the pedal slowly go to the floor , say at a stop light or any other time you have an occasion to keep pressure on the pedal?
Do all of the brakes work, front and rear. Front should be more prominent than the rear and grip first ( hence the thicker pads on the front)?
Does the car pull left or right while applying the brake?
Answering these questions will help narrow down if you have a problem or not and point folks in the right direction to provide assistance.

If only the back brakes are working then you didn't bleed the system fully. If you did not bench bleed the master cylinder then you will find it takes a lot of fluid and time to get it done in the car. One of the easiest ways to diagnose air in the system is to put a clear tube on the caliper outlet, open it, and see if you have bubbles.
All that said, I hate to bitch but try some capitalization and punctuation, your post is very hard to comprehend.
