I'm a new member and first time Fiat owner. I have a 1978 124 sport spider 1800 and absolutely love her. I simply can't believe a car this beautiful and in this good a shape can be had for such a low price. Mine is under 70000 mi, 1 owner always garaged. All paperwork. Looks like it came off the lot last week. Original champagne color paint is flawless. Paid under $4000. Did I get a smoking deal or is it about average (as it seems to be from research.)? Nice to be here. I have a transmission question but I'll post it in that section.
Cheers!

Welcome to the site! I'd say from your description that you got a very good deal. You won't believe how cheap most of the parts are either -- especially if you have owned any German cars
