What is this item and where does it reside? Its on the wiring diagram but im not sure what its supposed to be...

It's in the steering column, approx above your left knee

It is a power socket to plug a Fiat Specific work light into.

Saw one of those worklights on eBay a while back...
It went for a lot of money, if I recall correctly. It's the only one I have ever seen.
