Not sure if I ever shared this (I looked but did not see), but here is how I easily removed my bushing from my control arms.
Parts needed.
Ready to pull. Hold one end and turn the other.

I have some inexpensive 3/4" drive deep impact sockets from Harbor Freight that work well and some short lengths of various sizes of black pipe. Whatever fits the need will do and its all good especially if it keeps you from wailing on things with a hammer.
