Just wanted to do a quick post to say hello and thanks for all the helpful info you provide. I recently joined the forum, but have been reading it for awhile. I own a '81 spider that I bought on Ebay about 2 years ago and am about to start the huge task of restoring it. The car is has no rust issuses, but I have to replace the right front fender due to collision damage. The PO provided the replacement fender along with a lot of new parts. I have already replace some parts, but have not started it up yet, still trying to go trough everything (electrical) before I connect a battery. Wouldn't want to burn up my new Fiat.
The PO started on the restoration,so I don't know what all he did or undid. Will keep y'all posted.
