Bushings

What is the best way to remove the bushings from the A frame ?

Upper or lower?
Upper: air chisel.
Lower: big press, lots of swearing. Use the pivot bolt to push out the bush on the far side.

I used a jig saw. Just be sure to not cut into the a-arm hole where the bushing goes. Much faster and less swearing
