Just wondering: What is that red "FIRE" sign on the wall pointing to.

The car looks great. My car appears to have the something like that done as a repair. The is a weld across the car in front of the rear seat.

A fire sign like that usually points to a fire extinguisher.

I think he used to have a large cup of cold Tim Horton's coffee there once upon a time....

Not a bad idea to have a real fire extinguisher there really.
I could have used one once upon a time.... Tacking in a plate over the cracked fire wall at the clutch cable hole. I had put a bunch of wet towels below the spot to protect starter etc. but some sparks still made it to the floor. Finished and took away the towels and noticed a different colour light..... looked under the car and the sparks had ignited a small pile of sawdust (use the stuff to soak up spilled fluids) and I had a nice little camp fire going under the car...
Funny thing is I did use a cup of Tim's tea to blacken it down before spreading it around and putting it out.
No damage to the car...
