Vicks Auto Sport has most everything for changing over to PU bushings:

Re: Polyurethane bushings for sway bars front and rear
Stock front swaybar is 20mm in diameter. Be careful with poly in the ends, as the swaybar does not only rotate, it also changes angles, so it can crack some grades of poly.

Re: Polyurethane bushings for sway bars front and rear
Those are for the rear trailing arms, not the swaybar. I've seem broken arms caused by still poly bushings. As the rear end moves up and down it also moves sideways because of the panhard rod, so the trailing arms moves a little side to side.
If the bushings are too stiff the arms will break.
FWIW the Spider 2000 style arms have a stiffer style bushing and are a good upgrade for the earlier Spiders modified for more power.
