Proper way to bench bleed the master cylinder

My master cylinder just died (conveniently on a twisty downhill back road). I got a new one from AR, but I am not sure how to properly bench bleed it prior to putting it in the car. I can attach the fluid reservoir through the 2 plastic nipples on top, but how do I run the hoses out to properly bleed it? I have no other fittings except for the attachment points for the hard lines.

Before installing the new MC and before installing the nipples, use a very small funnel or other device and dribble fluid in each hole until full. Gently tap MC to work out bubbles and add more fluid as necessary. Leave a small amount of room at the top of the holes to add the nipples without spilling fluid over the sides and reinstall the rubber plugs that came in the unit while installing in the car. Again to prevent fluid spill - it will eat your paint! Also check out the IAP video or tech sheet regarding the acorn nut. Do not assume that it will be in the same place with respect to the new MC as with the old. Last I put a spill catcher - i.e. Rag under the new MC while installing in the car, just in case to catch any spills or drips
