winter oil, 10/40 or 20/40

Good day guys.
I am going to do an oil change on my fiat. Standard, but tired 1.8 twin cam. Its coming into European winter weather.
Without any long winded threads that leave me wondering what my original question was, simple as this, 10/40 or 20/40?

Oh yeah, is fully synthetic suitable.

Thanks

I thought saw a youtube video on your car - did you say it was designed to run a little hotter than normal?

Thanks guys.. the engine, apart from carbs is totally standard. And if anything a wee bit tired. I never installed the guy Croft racing engine as the car is for sale and it's easier to sell with standard running gear as it makes it still an easy to drive car.
