Bilstein Shocks

Post by SpiderJunkie »

Any one know anything about Bilstein Shocks (yellow with blue labelling), after scratching the dirt off them I find my parts car has them. The previous owner has cut so much out of the springs it's riding on the bump stops. Kinda hard to tell if they are any good without pulling them!
Thanks Bruce

Thinking it's a Bilstein B6. Seems like a good quality shock (when new)

As 4Uall would say:
"This might help"

Excellent brand shock, although I found the ones for the Spider to be a bit on the stiff side. AFAIK, they are no longer being produced for the 124 chassis, but would otherwise be a good alternative to Koni or Spax.
