I have remove the carburetor from my 1974 124, it is the 34 DMSA. Does anyone have advice for easily bolting this back to the intake? 2 of the bolts were nearly impossible to get a wrench to, and per the manuals I have, apparently fiat had a special wrench for these. Is there also a specific torque for replacement? I attempted to bend my own wrench, and failed.

Re: Carburetor Removal and Installation
The FIAT-supplied 13/17 usually works fine because it is thin wrench. Otherwise I've used stubby 13mm open-end wrenches without trouble. No real magic to it, just some bloody knuckles until you get the knack of it.
Torque spec is light, maybe 25lbs. Hand tight plus a turn and a half is sufficient.
