I am going to remove the passenger seat in my 81 Spider and put in some Dynamat and new carpet. While the seat is out I would like to clean and lubricate the seat adjustment rails. Does anyone know what a good lubricant for this maintenance would be? I know I don't want anything too thin or too thick. Has anyone had a good experience doing this?
