not sure what to do.. i'll probably try, but it doesn't look like a simple fix... have a feeling if i manage to bend it back, there will be all kinds of warpage.. looks like someone already tried, i see a few hammer marks on the inside frame of the lid

Do you know what guide coat is and what length sanding blocks do you have? I use the 3m guide coat, it is a black dust that you apply with a applicator, and when you sand you can see the low spots. Plus a good long board, 16-19" long helps straighten things out. Look up painters supply, there should be some in oh, good place for automotive paint and supplies, they have the guide coat and rolls of sand paper.

Yes. I bought powder guide coat and have various sizes of the durablock blocks and a straight line air file. I was just waiting for a coat of primer before I broke out the guide coatengineerted wrote:Juvius,
