can someone pls post a picture of how the stock trunk arm and spring (the things that hold the trunk open) are supposed to be mounted? thanks.

Not sure if this helps. I posted several years back showing a solution of weak trunk springs. I put a smaller spring inside the big one that helped keep the trunk up.

thanks but i was looking for a picture of the metal stick and spring assemple used to prop up the trunk when it's open.
