New tie rod orientation?

New tie rod orientation?
I got some new Frap tie rods, and don't know which is inner and which is outer. One of the tie rod ends on both tie rods is marked "NO" or "ON". Does the normal threaded end go on the inner or the outer?
1979 Fiat Spider (since new)

It shouldnt make any difference. each end of the tie rod has a LH and RH thread. you may want to orient left side and right side the same so when you rotate each, you get the same result.
