Unleaded fuel glovebox emblem?

Post by bonsaiwino »

I have an early '79 Spider. Did it originally have an 'unleaded fuel only' emblem somewhere around the glovebox? If so, exactly where? Thanks

If it had one it would be on a metallic sticker on the inside of the glove box door. Unleaded should also show up on the fuel gauge

NO I have a 79 I took delivery on in Oct of 1978 and all they did was put an UNLEADED ONLY decal under the fuel door. Nothing on the glove box area.

I have a '78 that came with an aluminum unleaded fuel only plaque mounted on the fuel filler cover. It was attached by two studs with clips.
